Thanks for setting up this site. I first noticed the Ultimate Anonymity Spammer a few months ago, when he was signing his comments "JT" (which happen to be my initials, which is probably why I noticed it).
My theory is that he's using popurls.com as his source materials, which lead him to reddit, digg, etc. I'm surprised few others haven't noticed his widespread spamming... his signature (non-value-adding comments) are unmistakable, regardless of the pseudonyms he uses.
